According to the monitoring of the Information Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, in June, china garlic suppliers covered 809 counties in 31 provinces across the country. Among them, Shandong, Henan and Jiangsu are the top 3 provinces in terms of the popularity of garlic supply, with a total supply share of over 70%. Jinxiang County in Shandong, Qi County in Henan, Pizhou in Jiangsu, Zhongmu County in Henan and Midu County in Yunnan are the top 5 counties in terms of supply. It is worth noting that the supply of Jinxiang County leads the pack, which is the same as the total supply of the following four counties.

In the e-commerce market, Jinxiang Garlic, Qixian Garlic and other landmark product transactions accounted for the top positions, and the transaction share has been increasing year by year, with great development potential. 

Data shows that Guangdong, Sichuan and Guizhou are currently the three most active provinces in garlic procurement. Compared with 2019, Guangdong's procurement share has increased significantly, and the procurement ranking has jumped to the top of the list. In terms of quality, purple garlic dominates the rankings of transactions, supply and purchases. In the first half of 2020, the transaction volume increased by 935% compared with the same period in 2019, and the transaction share has exceeded 40%. 

Since the beginning of this year, the popularity of the garlic e-commerce market has continued to heat up, and the attention of the market has been soaring. The garlic e-commerce market suppliers and purchasers cover 31 provinces and multiple counties and cities across the country. Yunnan is gradually showing its strength as a garlic exporting province. The analysis shows that the increase in total garlic production, the decrease in demand caused by the epidemic, and the adjustment of the trading market are the main reasons for the China Garlic Price drop in the e-commerce market. The later market is expected to be stable and weak.
